Our Krav Maga Program is designed for students ages 14+
You'll learn real, practical self-defense techniques, and develop the confidence of a warrior.
Students who were weak or soft now have leaned up with muscle and power.

Precision Training like the Israeli Defense Force learns.
The Basic Krav Maga Program offers attendance 2-3x per week in our Krav Maga classes. We recommend students train at least 2x a week to keep up with their self-defense training.
For students who would like to enhance their workouts, training in both Fitness Kickboxing and Krav Maga Self-Defense offers Cardio Workout, Muscle Toning, and Self-Defense Training.

Mr. C.J. James is the Krav Maga and Kickboxing Instructor of our school, Chatham ATA Martial Arts. He is a Black Belt in Martial Arts and has been training in Self-Defense, Krav Maga and Kickboxing for over a decade.
Our classes are fun for students of all ages while providing a great workout!
Our instructors undergo hundreds of hours of training to be the best for you.
Parents and kids may train and learn together in the same class.
