Krav Maga Program

The Basic Krav Maga Program offers attendance 2-3x per week in our Krav Maga classes. We recommend students train at least 2x a week to keep up with their self-defense training.


Kickboxing & Krav Maga Self-Defense

For students who would like to enhance their workouts, training in both Fitness Kickboxing and Krav Maga Self-Defense offers Cardio Workout, Muscle Toning, and Self-Defense Training.
